To begin with, the theme of wholesome eating is extremely discussed nowadays because everyone wants to be healthy and feel excellent in any age. The point worth mentioning is that a healthy diet may help to avoid certain chronic illnesses such as heart diseases, stroke and diabetes. Also, a diet prevents us from overweight (this disease can cause lots of other much more terrible maladies.).

If you ask me about my diet, I will say that it is partly healthful. One of cons of my diet is sugar. To be honest, it’s most people’s Achilless heel. Eating foods rich in the white stuff just leaves less room for more nutritious offerings that add real value to your diet. The effects of sugar can also impact on hormones and satiety, encouraging you to overeat. Sweets and cakes drain our energy, and sugar is highly addictive, that is why we continue eating it. Adding points, sometimes I eat fatty foods like fast-food or fried dishes which also influence badly on my organism. Such food causes overweight and it is better to limit yourself in5 the consumption of this kind of food.

As for pros, my ration is always different; I try to consume different foods that contain a daily norm of proteins and carbohydrates. Mostly, I eat chicken because this meat is easy to digest, vegetables and fruit because they include necessary vitamins. Also, I try to cut down unhealthy products like bakery and sugar for preventing excessive weight gaining. Another fact is that I completely don’t drink alcohol, because it destructively harms any organism and can cause various problems described above in the text.

To sum up, we have to monitor our nutrition to be ROBUST and don’t face different unpleasant health problems.
