👣 People who walk regularly sleep better and are less likely to suffer from insomnia.

I sleep well, importantly firmly. But insomnia can visit me for a CUP of tea.

👣 Walking is good not only for the body but also for the brain. Regular walks improve memory, cognitive abilities, learning skills.

It is checked: examinations are passes on all A-grades. Besides, I do not complain about my memory.

👣 Scientists have found that walking can eliminate headaches and joint pain. Both in the short and long term. Even if walking does not completely relieve the pain, it will make it easier to cope with it.
