(melodrama story)

It was the eleventh grade. I was a wonderful winner with the best guy and a passion for the veterinary medicine.

Valentin and I were a classic couple. The best cheerleader and captain of a football team. We sat at the same desk, joked in our favorite hallway during breaks, kissed in an abandoned greenhouse and looked like a couple from a Raffаello commercial.

But everything changed during the holidays. Finally, I was hired as a nurse in a veterinary clinic. So far, only a nurse, but who would entrust someone else’s life to a person without experience?

I came home from work tired but happy. We kept on walking with Valentin, but only a few hours a week. How happy I was with him! Very happy until that day.

It was Friday. I was returning from work after the first shift through the park. The weather was fabulous. The sun was shining, birds were singing, and my boyfriend was sitting on a bench kissing a quiet grey mouse Julia from my class.

At that moment, the ground went under my feet. I was in a lot of pain. I could not help myself from pain and anger. How could he do that to me ?!

I approached the sweet couple and slapped Valentina. Then I ran to the nearest coffee shop and burst into crying there.

Valentin knew about this place, but he did not come to me. She came to me, Julia.

Julia was in tears too. She ordered me hot chocolate trying to apologize to me. It turned out that Valentin told her that he and I were no longer a couple; I was a bore who thought only of herself. Julie cried and said she hated him too.

But after a while we calmed down and even started laughing at the situation. Julie turned out to be a very nice girl, and we even agreed to walk together again. Then again and again… We became the best friends and then accidentally kissed each other.

We later became a couple. I’m not sure if we’d be suitable for advertising. Sometimes we looked ridiculous when we laughed. At times, we were a little rude to each other, but next to this girl I felt like myself.

Later we finished school, went to university and started renting an apartment together. I was the happiest girl in the world!

Today at dinner, Julie asked me if I was against taking a walk with former alumni, including Valentine. I will not go. I still can’t see him. Furthermore, I hate him! How could he do that?! How could he hurt my Julie?!
