Hello, dear friends. You have long asked me what exercises I do to maintain a well fit figure. Today I will finally reveal to you my tiny secrets and try to show that sport is good not only for the body but also for the soul.

So the first thing I always do – I inspire myself to exercise. It is important to set a well outlined goal, for example, I want to do sports because I need to lose weight or just to keep fit.

Second, it is important to play sports in a good mood. If one day you just keep on yawning and twiddling your thumbs instead of playing some active game, do not force yourself, it is better to take a break, and the next day in a good mood to do twice as much. The main thing is that it was to your satisfaction. After all, the nervous system also affects a person’s physical health.

As for specific exercises, at first, I usually do a light workout, like I used to at school at physical education classes. Then I do fitness exercises for the arms, press and legs. Below I will leave a link to a video where I demonstrate all the exercises.

Sport is fascinating and functionally fit. It helps to be full of strength and inspiration. However, if you do not like it, you should not force yourself; it is better to spend your energy looking for a more useful and enjoyable activity for you.
