(derailed fairy tale based on ‘The wolf and seven little goats’)

Mom Goat had 7 kids. They were naughty and noisy. There were lots of feuds and fights, frictions and quarrels among themselves every single day. Mom Goat was supposed to be with her goatlings all the time to calm them down. But once upon a time she left. Mom Goat had things to do in the town, to go shopping, to chat with her relatives, so she was not there until the evening. To protect children from predators, she forbade opening the door for anyone except her.

Little goats did not take the ban seriously and because of this fell into the trap of the wily wolf. Wolf knew that Mom Goat was not at home, so he decided to get into their house and gobble all goatlings. Wolf knocked, pretended to be their mother, pronounced with a soft nanny-goat voice ‘M-e-e-e,’ and they opened the door for him. Little goats were terrified and ran to the farthest room to close themselves there…Wolf rushed after… Kids had little time because soon the wolf would break the door. At first they panicked, looked at each other and did not know what to do but suddenly the youngest goatling groaned, “Stop crying! We must defeat that wolf! Never give up! Did you forget the motto of our Mom?”

No one expected the youngest to become the leader and to come up with a plan. According to the plan, each had his own role — one should abruptly open the door so that the wolf would fall into the room, the other two should hold the wolf paws while two more ought to tie him with a rope. The other should put a bag over the wolf’s head and after that being led by the youngest, to lead the bounded beast out of the house and throw him away!

They were worried, but their leader convinced all goatlings that everything would be fine. Naughty kids did everything according to this plan. They kicked the wolf out and saved each other. The TEAMWORK and TEAM SPIRIT changed them a lot, they bravely met this life challenge, and after that they never quarreled. When Mom Goat got home with a basket of products, little goats were just peacefully waiting for her…
