‘THE LOVE HYPOTHESIS’ by Ali Hazelwood

(book review)

“You can fall in love: someone will catch you.”
― Ali Hazelwood, The Love Hypothesis.

Oliv wanted to make her friend not feel uncomfortable meeting a guy with whom she personally had several dates.

The female friend does not want to destroy their friendship and believes that Oliv still has feelings for him. Trying to prove the opposite, she kisses the first man she meets in the corridor of the research institute. But the whole problem is that this man, a young professor and a famous goat, is Adam Carlsen.

This is probably one of the best books I’ve read recently. Of course, this is not a literary masterpiece, but it came to me at a very opportune moment.

A sweet, romantic and funny story with living characters.

Oliv is a witty and shy girl who believes that she is not made for romantic relationships.

Adam is very serious and correct, his reactions to the coffee that Olive ordered is like a separate art form?

They would complement each other perfectly, but…

People always see problems where there are none, always make unnecessary conclusions and banally cannot talk about the worst.

The book also focuses on important topics – harassment at work and problems of women in STEM.

And the icing on the cake for me was the bed scene? It is so sensual, sweet and real that I sat with a smile from ear to ear while reading it. My rating is 9.5/10.
