Poland. Last time I was passing through Poland, I didn’t really see anything, only silhouettes of endless fields and cozy houses of Wroclaw. It made sense to come back.

I couldn’t miss Krakow. A couple of hours of being in this “Hogwarts” caused the feeling of a wonderful fairy tale, which flew away fast. The city of magic, you need to go back there for a longer time.

And here was Warsaw. The capital of Poland seemed like an incredibly huge hive. Especially after the mysterious and cozy Kosice. This “hive” is very loud. Constant noise and the feeling of the metropolis pressed on my ears, but in a couple of days the adaptation took place and I began to notice more and more with every passing hour.

Posters. All posters, signs, big boards of Warsaw – are a separate form of art. They almost never repeated and fascinated at every step of their uniqueness.

Night neon-signs. Neon variety amazed my eyes with all the colors of the rainbow. By day it would seem that this was a simple Barbershop or coffee shop but by night they just mesmerize all passers-by with their fancy fire.

Traffic. It startled all tourists surrounding me on this trip. So many bicycles, motorbikes, and scooters! From the very first day, it seemed that there were more of them than pedestrians or cars. This is the perfect city for such rides. Everything is equipped. From traffic lights to special roads.

Warsaw is a ‘smoothie’ of old and modern. It is a harmonious combination of state-of-art technology and modern buildings with historic buildings and cultural surroundings.

To sum up briefly, Warsaw is like a natural daughter of New York and Washington. Mini projection of these cities. To the skyscrapers of Manhattan, it is still far away but the city very vaguely resembles the “piece of cake with a fallen cherry”. But this does not negate the fact that this “pie” is very tasty!
