When you can’t go on a diet

I never liked to keep to diets, well, I never had to. My opinion on this issue is to monitor how much you eat, how many vegetables, fruits, cereals and many other components in your diet, and, of course, do not forget about sports. Driving yourself into the framework, you will involuntarily earn yourself stress and some disorders, plus a short life that would deny yourself something. I’d rather eat a cupcake than regret not eating it.

I’m not used to denying myself anything that concerns everything. In your life you need to try everything, especially food. After all, being in any foreign country and not trying their national dishes, is to miss the chance to learn something new.

I still do not have the willpower to eat something specific, the only thing I give up is sugar in tea and coffee, which usually relates to pluses, because so you can feel the different notes in certain drinks and have fun. But I have not yet grown up to the level of completely denying myself sweets.

My weakness is, of course, sweet, now there are so many types of candies, cakes, chocolates and it’s definitely to the detriment of my figure. I’m a sweet tooth and there’s nothing wrong with that, because I’m happy, and that’s the most important thing.

It doesn’t matter how much you weigh, your main state of health is psychological and physical. That’s why diets are definitely not for me, I’d better go for a run, go in for sports and go shopping.
