(derailed fairy tale)

Once upon a time, there was a wooden boy named Pinocchio. Master Carlo made him out of logs, and although the boy was mischievous, he had a good heart. One day, Pinocchio found a magic key, which the wise turtle Tortilla told him about.

She explained: “This key will open the door to a secret room where you will find your happiness.”

Buratino, full of curiosity, went in search. On the way, he met the fox Alice and the cat Basilio, who tried to trick him, saying that if he buried his key in the ‘Field of Wonders,’ a tree with gold coins would grow. But Pinocchio, already knowing about their tricks, decided not to trust them.

Eventually, he found the right door and inserted the key into the lock. The door opened, and in front of him there was a room with a large theater, where other puppets were playing funny shows. Here Pinocchio felt needed, because all his friends were happy for him and accepted him into their company.

He realized that true happiness is being around those who appreciate and love you.
