“Planting trees will fix climate change”

Trees definitely help soak up the bad gases in the air, but just planting trees won’t stop global warming by itself. We also need to use less of those gases in the first place, switch to clean energy, and change how we farm.

“We have tons of clean water, so we can use as much as we want”

Not true! We don’t have endless clean water, and climate change is making it even harder to get. Using too much water, cutting down forests, and polluting are all making our water problems worse.

“What I do doesn’t matter. I can’t change anything by myself”

That’s not how it works! Even small things you do every day make a difference. If everyone thinks their actions don’t count, then nothing will ever get better. But if you choose to use a reusable water bottle or an eco-friendly bag instead of plastic, those little choices add up and reduce pollution.
