(miniash story)
Once upon a time, a little girl named Emma woke up and felt that something extraordinary was waiting for her that day. She ran to the window and froze in amazement – the whole world around her had become colorful! Instead of gray buildings and brown soil, Emma saw vibrant structures, blooming meadows, and a rainbow-hued sky.
“Mom, Dad, wake up! Something strange has happened!” the girl called, but her parents replied that everything was as usual. Emma perplexedly rubbed her eyes, but the colors remained everywhere. “Am I dreaming?” she thought.
Emma decided to go out and figure out what had happened on her own. The first thing she noticed was a red butterfly fluttering near her feet. “Welcome, little girl! I see you have finally arrived in our Land of Colors!” the butterfly fluttered.
“Your Land of Colors? How did I end up here?” Emma asked in surprise.
“This happens when children get tired of seeing the gray world around them and dream of colors. We have called you here so that you could see with your own eyes how colorful and beautiful our world is!” the butterfly explained.
Emma couldn’t contain her delight – everywhere she looked, everything was imbued with wonderful colors.
Yellow sunflowers, blue streams, pink trees – the girl’s imagination had come to life. She ran forward, unable to restrain her joy.
Suddenly, Emma noticed a large house ahead, with a path paved with bright cobblestones leading to it. “This is the Palace of the Queen of Colors. She is the one who rules our world and fills it with hues,” the butterfly said.
Emma carefully knocked on the door, and in a moment, the Queen herself stood before her – a majestic woman in a luxurious outfit that shimmered with all the shades of the rainbow. “Welcome, little traveler! I was waiting for your arrival. Come in, and I will show you all the wonders of our Land of Colors,” the Queen said warmly.
Emma explored the palace with delight, admiring the rooms filled with the most diverse colors. In one room, the walls glowed blue, in another, they dazzled with a bright orange hue. And in the largest hall, Emma saw a huge rainbow that wound up to the very ceiling.
“This is our Color Fountain. It is the source of all the colors in our world. Every day I fill it with new hues, which then spread throughout the country,” the Queen explained.
Emma couldn’t get enough of everything she saw. She was utterly captivated by the beauty of the Land of Colors and didn’t want to leave. The Queen felt this and said, “If you wish, my dear, you can stay here forever. We will be happy to have such a wonderful friend as you.”
The girl pondered. She couldn’t leave her parents forever. On the other hand, she so wanted to stay in this fantastic world, where everything was so bright and beautiful. In the end, Emma decided that she would visit the Land of Colors whenever she lacked colors in her ordinary world.
So Emma returned home, but now she knew that at any moment she could return to the wondrous Land of Colors and feel the full beauty of this fairy-tale place.
