The ‘Unwritten’ project was created to honor the memory of literary figures whose lives were tragically interrupted by Russian aggression.

The list includes not only the names of well-known writers such as Hlib Babich, Victoria Amelina, Vasyl Palamarchuk, and Volodymyr Vakulenko, but also those who had just begun their creative journey before the war. Now, the information is harvested through news, social media and search engines.

If you are not an indifferent person, you can join the project and suggest names to be added to the tragic list of Ukrainian writers who gave their lives for the future of Ukraine by leaving a comment under their post on the social network X, or by writing to the pages of Yevhen Lira and Olena Herasymiuk on Facebook.
