(dialogue style short story)

A respectable office. The recruiter taps with a golden pen. The candidate shifts nervously in his chair.

“Why do you want to work with us?” the recruiter asked.

“Oh, that’s an interesting question. I respect your organization and its tremendous influence, and, uh… I…”

“That’s enough. What will be your first steps at your new place of work?”

“I will regularly inform the public about the activities of the organization and…”

“OK, clear, what salary level will suit you?”

“Well, you know, the more the better, of course, but I’m not pushing…”, the candidate smiled nervously.

“OK, we’ll organize it later. What do you think about global military conflicts?”

The candidate bravely answered.

“I’m very sorry. I am very worried about this and express my deep concerns…”

“Congratulations, you are accepted! Fill out the questionnaire, pay special attention to your favorite drink and the brand of company car you need.”

It was an interview for the position of the head of the UN SMM Department.
