‘The Kingdom of the Unclean. Book 1’ — is a mega-popular teenage fantasy that will take you to the world of witches, demons, and crazy love. This series consists of three parts; each of the books has its own secrets and mysteries that keep the reader in suspense until the very end. Emilia and her twin sister Vittoria are witches who secretly live among humans. One night, Vittoria doesn’t show up for a family dinner. And soon Emilia finds her dear sister’s body incredibly mutilated.

The book reveals her sister’s self-sacrifice, her determination to get to the bottom of the truth, to find the slayer of her sister, who was killed in a horrific way. The girl summons a demon to help her find her sister’s slaughterer and reveal the truth that was hidden from Emilia. It turns out that her sister’s murderer is much closer than she thought. The demon helps to uncover this betrayal.

In general, the book has a great detective and love story that combines elements of intrigue and mystery, and the relationship between the main characters, full of passion and distrust, adds depth and emotional intensity to the narrative. There are surprisingly few boring chapters in the book, instead of that, each chapter unwinds a tangle of secrets full of lies and cover-ups.
