(sarcastic flash story)

Husband Bohdan and his wife Valentina were returning home after work. As usual, he picked her up at the bus stop near work. They also went to the supermarket and bought food for dinner and treats for their cat.

When they came to the door of the house and turned the key in the lock, they heard a strange noise. When they entered the house, they saw something strange. A lot of things were scattered throughout the house. Nearby in the hall there was a broken flower pot, and a shabby wall.

They stood in shock, and then a few seconds later, a dirty cat walked into the hallway.

Bohdan said, “How nice to come home…”
