Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis will envy you!
During quarantine, each of us asks a question: what can we do to avoid wasting our time and to benefit? Of course, there is a lot of work downloaded for students and people who work remotely, and there is also a lot of work to be done. Deadlines are not sleeping. But besides that, there is an immense amount of free time!
You can flip through Instagram and Facebook, pet your cat and just lie like a couch potato on the couch in front of the TV.
But do blossoming girls, moneymaking men, and outstanding personalities do their time that way?
No, successful people are engaged in time management, planning their lives and moving forward. And things that are just a waste of time are put away in the trunk.
Here are some things that will really benefit you:
- Learn English. And if you already know it, this is a great time to learn another language! And maybe two, three, five languages! Learn at least 10 new words a day and quarantine your language skills in the months to come! And there are plenty of great resources out there to help you do even better. Tricky American and Business English courses on coursera.org present a good choice!
- Play sports at home. Yoga, fitness, tai-chi, Slavic gymnastics, — what a schmorg-smorg you can find out while surfing the net! You can start pumping your press right now and increase the number of exercises every day! And by the end of quarantine, you will not recognize your body. Mila Kunis, Natalie Portman, and Morena Baccarin will be green with envy while seeing your perfect body!
- Start reading books today. This moment is yours. Your intelligence is the biggest investment in yourself. And by the end of quarantine you will turn into an exceptional erudite!
- Chat with your family. It’s useful and it makes you happy. Chew the fat with your Grandpa and Grandma. Don`t forget about your cracking pumpkin seeds Papa. After all, time with family is invaluable, and when your notebook permits you at least half an hour of conversation with your Mom – you will be happier a thousand times!
- Keep track of your diet and start eating healthy food. Health-nuts have more chances in this life than junkie goners or fleshy jelly-bellies. Your body is your temple, and it depends on what you think and eat! Eat moderately and healthfully, and by the end of quarantine, your visage and mood will be a million times better!
Without any ifs, ands and buts, quarantine is a great time to turn your head 360 degrees around and rethink your whole life. That is the moment to say ‘Yeah’to good habits and ‘No’ to faux pas!
P.S. Don’t forget to tell your Mom that you love her and eat one apple a day!
