One spring evening, I sat on the balcony, drank green tea and surfed the news on the internet. I saw a very witty video that said that human health is 70% depending on what you eat.

I fully agree with this statement. In my opinion, it is necessary to eat properly not only for the sake of a good figure but also for the sake of a good state of health. It has become fashionable to eat healthy food. But still, there are many people who are accustomed to eating junk food because they believe that it is tastier. I suppose that vegetables, fish can be much tastier than sandwiches if they are cooked properly. It seems to me that those who say that vegetables are tasteless, they just do not know how to cook them or lazy. It’s really easier to go to McDonald’s to have a snack than to cook meat with vegetables. But  think of whether McDonald’s will bring some benefits to your body? For those who do not have enough time to prepare healthy food, invented multicooker. Everything is very simple, you need to put products there, press the button and after a few minutes, the dish will be ready.

I reckon  that all people should monitor their health and eat healthy foods such as nuts, eggs, fish, lean meat, fruits, vegetables, dairy products and drink plenty of water. From what we eat depends on our health. I do not urge you to sit on any type of diet, I advise you to eat healthy and delicious food. For a long time, it’s not fashionable to sit on diets and torment yourself hunger. You can simply replace harmful products with useful ones. For example, chops can be baked in the oven instead of being fried in a pan, so it will be more humping and pumping. And eat them with vegetables, and not with mayonnaise. Or instead of a sweet cake, you can eat a sweet apple or a dried fruit. For lovers of sweet, it has already been invented many desserts without sugar, without flour, etc. Personally, I use honey instead of sugar. I have not used sugar for over six years, and I feel great! By switching to sound eating, you will not only lose weight but also improve your health. I am convinced that what we eat is  displayed in our appearance. For instance, if we want to improve the condition of your skin and hair, you need to drink more water and eat green vegetables.

If you want to look wealthy and healthy, just change your diet. The first time will not be easy, because from any habit it is difficult to get rid of but eventually you will get used to it. I guess that if you want to eat chocolate or a cake, you can eat it calmly. The main thing is  not to overeat! There is such a saying, “Gluttony kills more than the sword!” Personally, I eat  small portions but many times. Due to this, I do not overeat, and  I feel great. The food should be balanced, to divide the regular portion into two parts. There is a wonderful saying that will help you, “Breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen and dine like a pauper.” Surely, you need to do sports. It can be dancing, jogging, swimming, it’s up to you. In conclusion, I want to say that both our health and appearance are dependent on how we eat and what we eat. Therefore, I wish you to stay in good shape and eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. And do not forget about the sport! It does not matter if you lose or win, what matters is your weight!
