‘Healthy Books’

Healthy books are like a healthy food. Both give you a power, energy, and strength. But healthy food gives you physical beauty and books – mental attraction. So, I want to present you 3 books that can show and develop your  inner beauty.

1.    All’s fair in love and war

If you have a boyfriend or a girlfriend, a husband or a wife who don’t understand you… If you want to settle down but he or she doesn’t want it. If you have love-hate relationship and want to break up with your ‘sweetheart darling’, I recommend you to read  ‘Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus: The Classic Guide to Understanding the Opposite Sex’ by John Gray. This book is about our romantic relationship psychology. It puts all things you don’t understand to its places. She’s from Venus and he’s from Mars. Both lived on separate planets until they saw each other. Since that time their lives have changed. They felt passion but didn’t find it. They sought love but failed to understand what it was…But if you want somebody to look at you the same way you look at a sweet lollypop, this book will give you a couple of hints too.

2.    Take things easy

Do you often pay attention to what people say or think about you? Or you have lost yourself and have depression.  Or maybe you just want to change something in your humdrum and mundane life…So, ‘The Subtle Art of Not Giving a F*ck’ by Mark Manson was absolutely written to you! Useful advice, humorous stories, examples and convincing sources are going to blow you away. Read it and forget your  miserable little problems. The cheery ‘Don`t worry, be happy’ is actual nowadays too.

3. “A good speech should be like a woman’s skirt; long enough to cover the subject and short enough to create interest”( Winston S. Churchill)

Do you break out into a cold sweat when your speech is started? Don’t you know how to improve your performance? In such case, read Chris Anderson’s book  ‘TED Talks: The Official TED Guide to Public Speaking’ and your lif will become easier. It consists of true examples of famous speakers or people who can help you to conquer fear and stage fright.

So, take care of your physical and mental health. And remember that “ill-health of the body or of mind is defeat. Health alone is a victory…”
(Thomas Carlyle)
