After all, they contain many beneficial bacteria that favorably affect the functioning of the intestines, thereby helping to lose weight. A well-coordinated work of the intestine is the key to the health of the whole organism. Kefir is one of the cheapest fermented milk products, and at the same time, one of the most useful.
  3. Cabbage

Ordinary white cabbage is in no way inferior to its relatives – cauliflower and broccoli. It has a lot of vitamin C, even more than citrus fruits. Cabbage copes with detoxification of the body. Sauerkraut is especially useful. It contains a whole set of vitamins and useful chemical elements, which helps strengthen immunity.

  1. Buckwheat. An interesting fact: buckwheat contains no less complex carbohydrates, protein and dietary fiber than quinoa – the famous product for proper nutrition. In addition, buckwheat is less caloric.
  2. Bran. It is a by-product of flour production. Flour is not very useful for our body, unlike bran. Regular oatmeal with a couple of spoons of bran is ideal for breakfast. Bran normalizes digestion and has a beneficial effect on the skin.
  3. Offal. The cost of the liver, kidneys, heart is much lower than the cost of meat, and their benefits are greater. For example, beef liver contains many amino acids, trace elements, and vitamins.
  4. Apples. They are rich in pectin, which positively affects the intestinal microflora. Apples are very satisfying, which means that even a few apples will help you feel full. In addition, they can be bought all year round.
