Christmas is my favorite holiday. I like to make Christmas atmosphere at home. But for that, I need some muse. It means that something or someone should make Christmas atmosphere for me. And this “something” is Christmas music. I have my own playlist of Christmas and New Year songs.

1. ‘You`ve got the love’ – Milka Christmas choir.
This song I added not long ago. I`ve heard it on the TV. It is a song from Milka`s ad. It is really very beautiful. I listen to it on repeat.

2. ‘Last Christmas’ – Wham.
All know this perfect Christmas atmosphere song. Last Christmas, I gave you my heart… And I sing it all the time when someone tells me about Christmas. It is one of my favorite Christmas songs. And not only for me.

3. ‘Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!’ – Dean Martin.
This old good song is loved by thousands. I`ve also heard it on the TV ad but much earlier.

4. ‘Happy New Year’ – ABBA.
It is a song from my childhood. But I still love it so much.

5. ‘Jingle Bells’ – Frank Sinatra.
This artist made amazing songs and it isn`t an exception. I don`t know why but all golden jazz songs are associated with Christmas. And of course the king of golden jazz is Frank Sinatra.

6. ‘All I want for Christmas is you’ – Mariah Carey.
It is a cool modern Christmas song. It saved old songs tradition but decorated it with some updated sound effects. And it sounds really good.

7. ‘Santa Baby’ – Eartha Kitt.
Popular old Christmas song. I can describe it as a flirtatiously frolicking song. You will remember my words while listening to this song.

8. ‘Santa Claus is coming to town’ – Frank Sinatra.
Again. I really like golden jazz, especially when it is about Christmas.

9. ‘It is the most wonderful time of the year’ – Andy Williams.
A good atmosphere song. It is so facile and so festival. And it is magically melodious. Love this song.

10. ‘We wish you a Merry Christmas’ – Enya.
A traditional Christmas song. You must have heard it in old Christmas films. The choir sounds really airy and atmospheric at Christmas time.
